Cleardata is one of the largest document scanning bureaus in the UK and offers services throughout the UK. The company has 115 employees and three operational premises throughout the UK. Cleardata's head office including a large scanning bureau and two archive storage facilities are based in the North East of England. The company also has a state of the art archive storage facility and bureau based in North Wales, near Chester.
Cleardata operates state of the art document scanning bureaus using Kodak scanning equipment and has secure onsite document storage facilities. Cleardata has experience in the document management industry dating back to 1978.
Cleardata's clients include blue chip companies, financial service organisation, more than 65 local authorities and NHS Trusts.
Formerly known as UK Digital Storage, Cleardata UK Ltd offers a one stop shop for document management solutions.
