Cleardata Support for Claire House Hospice

Cleardata, a UK Document Scanning and Archiving Company, has this year helped raise around £4000 for Claire House Hospice. The company nominated Claire House as their chosen charity in 2011 and have participated in various fundraising activities.

Cleardata’s Directors David Bryce and Matt Atkinson both ran the Great North Run in support of the charity. David also leveraged support for the charity auction, asking friends and colleagues for donations and helped secure items which raised over £2k. Family members got involved in the fundraising fun, with David’s wife Debbie hosting a Vie party for the girls.

David Bryce, Managing Director, Cleardata said “We were really inspired to get involved in fundraising for Claire House after attending one of their charity events. Hearing about some of the fantastic things Claire House does for children and their families led me to nominate them as our charity of the year.”

Tony Langan, Area Fundraiser for Claire House said “At Claire House we care for children aged from birth to 23 years old who have life shortening or life limiting conditions from Merseyside, Sefton, Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales and Isle of Mann. We also support their whole family for as long as they need us.

We rely so much on the unwavering generosity of companies and their staff in our area, this support makes it possible for us be there for the most vulnerable people in our community at a time when they need us most.

I would like to thank all the staff at Cleardata for their continuing support, it really is appreciated. It is only with the help of companies like you that we are able to provide the services that make such a difference to the families who come to Claire House.”
